Town of Outlook: E-Billing Consent Form
The Town of Outlook offers its residents an option of E-Billing for residents with Utility and/or Tax Accounts.
With this service, customers can choose to opt out of receiving a paper bill through the mail and elect to receive a Utility and/or Tax Notice via email in its place. You will be credited $2.00 on each monthly Utility Bill by receiving it by email.
By filling out the E-Notice Consent form, you are now aware of the many risks of transmitting sensitive information and data by email. The Town of Outlook uses appropriate means to protect the confidentiality of email information sent and received in our office.
With that stated, because of the risks, the Town of Outlook does not guarantee the security of email communications and will not be held liable for any improper disclosure of confidential information.
Therefore, a signed consent form for the delivery of email communication such as municipal notices/invoices is required.
By giving your consent to receive E-notices, this includes the following:
- Failure to receive an emailed Municipal Notice/Invoice does not release you from responsibility to pay any charges specified on the notice, or interest charges that may occur.
- You must add the Town of Outlook as a safe sender to help ensure that you receive your notices in a timely manner. Utility Notices are sent from: office.outlook@sasktel.net
Tax Notices are sent from: townofoutlook@sasktel.net
- You may make changes to your email address or withdraw consent at anytime by contacting the Town of Outlook. Withdrawal of consent will result in notices/invoices being sent by regular mail and will no longer receive the $2.00 discount.
