Building Permit Application - Residential Permit Fee $60 + Municode Services Plan Review & Inspection Fees (based on value of construction), Commercial Building Permit Fee $100.00 + Municode Services Plan Review & Inspection Fees.
Development Permit Application - Permitted Use Development Permit Fee $75.00, Discrectionary Use Development Permit Fee $150.00
Minor Variance Application - Application Fee $25.00
Change of Occupancy Application - Application Fee $25.00
Demolition/Move Permit - Application Fee $25.00
