December 16, 2025
Our team continues to progress on Phase 2, Step 1 of the "Back to Normal" Process.
1. Operate under "DO NOT USE" order, continue flushing the system until we reach acceptable standards of water meeting parameters set by the Water Security Agency (WSA). WE RESUMED FLUSHING AT 7:00 am. WE HAVE FLUSHED 65% of the Town of Outlook.
2. Move to "DO NOT CONSUME" order and continue flushing the system until we reach acceptable standards of drinking water quality meeting parameters set by WSA.
Rationing of free water is now at maximum 8, 4 litre jugs of water per household per day. You can pick up at Jim Kook Recplex at 600 Conquest Avenue from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm today. Also, we will schedule a white 4 x 4 truck located at residential street corners with 4 litre jugs of water starting at noon today, residents are encouraged to come out to get your free water when you see the truck. We will post an approximate schedule prior to noon today.
Crews are managing the snow and we are completing the emergency routes as per the snow management plan and will be continuing along as per the plan today. We have some private help today, please exercise caution and patience around heavy equipment, we will be doing finishing work as we go. As always, DO NOT push your snow to the street. We do not have the snow dump open yet, so store your snow on your property until the snow dump is available.
