Town Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers in the Municipal Office Building at 400 Saskatchewan Avenue West; unless otherwise published. All Town Council meetings are open to the public.

Outlook is located 94 kilometers south of Saskatoon, 235 kilometers north west of Regina and 206 kilometers north east of Swift Current. Lake Diefenbaker is just a short 40 kilometers south, making Outlook's location a prime spot.

Buildings sprouted up overnight, stocks were rushed in, three banks were established along with a Post Office. In one month, Outlook had made more headway than the majority of new towns would make in a year.
